New Business Center in the heart of Kyiv

Grand business center has been certified in the BREEAM-IN-USE system to confirm the energy efficiency of the building. All building solutions – from ventilation to smart utility systems – aim to reduce tenants’ costs and improve the building's environmental performance.

Grand is located in Kyiv central historical part with developed social infrastructure and convenient traffic interchange. There are restaurants, shopping and business centers, banks and ATM, hotels near the business center.

Fan coils system supply the ventilation and temperature control in all offices.
Heating is provided by autonomous roof gas boiler with a total capacity of 0.9 MW.
Cold supply system is provided by two refrigerators (Carrier, USA), with the ability to regulate productivity and power consumption.

The building is equipped with guard stations, security alarm, video surveillance and access control system on individual magnetic cards, fire alarms and fire extinguishing system.

The underground parking is equipped with two-level innovative WOHR parking systems (Germany) to increase the number of parking spaces and ensure tenants' comfort. Underground parking includes 34 spaces and the open-air parking – 8 spaces.

There are 2 passenger and 2 service elevators with the capacity up to 1000 kg (Schindler, Switzerland). The elevators are equipped with an automatic passenger flow distribution system, intelligent PORT control system and voice support for people with disabilities comfort.

2 Internet and telephony providers ensure the high demands of our tenants. Starlink service is available.

Built-in 10 / 0.4 kV transformer substation with a capacity of 2 x 1000 kVA with dry transformers and 10 kV switchgears with control and protection devices. The building is equipped with a diesel generator.

The cold water supply comes from the central city network from 2 independent sources. The water and sewer systems let each tenant organize the required number of kitchens and bathrooms.
